A brilliant weekend for our club at Laganvalley Leisureplex. 18 swimmers, strong performances, and an atmosphere that lifted the whole team. We had a few of our key swimmers missing this time around but everyone else stepped up and did everyone proud. Medals: 5 Gold • 4 Silver • 1 Bronze Plus 20 finalists across the weekend. Highlights: • Iona & Lara K. taking 1st and 2nd in the Women\'s 800 Free. • Mixed Free Relay WIN from Brandon Biss, Jacob Martin, Iona Bevan & Jorja McBride. • Relays strong all weekend - with a standout 26.5 anchor from Finn, stepping up at short notice. • Encouraging to see several swimmers return to form after a challenging year. You know who you are! • Training clearly paying off with strong racing under pressure. We carry this into Irish Short Course Nationals, where the squad will be joined by Rosie, returning from Cleveland and ready to add to the relays. Huge thanks to the parents who covered officiating duties.

Rosie Whitten, a lifelong Swim Belfast member training at Cleveland State University, competed at the Horizon League Conference Championships with strong performances including A Finals in the 200 Free.
