General Rules
  • General warm up for 15 minutes in all lanes
  • Backstroke Starts in Lanes 0 & 1 at Start End only for final 10 minutes
  • Sprint lanes in Lanes 5-9 at Start End only for final 10 minutes
  • The Diving Pool will open at 8.15am each day
Saturday
AM Session - Male & Open 8.15am-8.40am - Female 8.40am-9.05am - Start 9.15am - The Diving Pool will open at 8.15am
PM Session - Male & Open 1.15pm-1.40pm - Female 1.40pm-2.05pm - Start 2.15pm
Sunday
AM Session - Female 8.15am-8.40am - Male & Open 8.40am-9.05am - Start 9.15am - The Diving Pool will open at 8.15am
PM Session - Female 1.15pm-1.40pm - Male & Open 1.40pm-2.05pm - Start 2.15pm

About This Event

Two-day championship for aspiring young swimmers. Excellent opportunity for development swimmers to compete at a higher level and gain championship experience.
