General Warm-up Rules
  • General warm up for 15 minutes in all lanes
  • Backstroke Starts in Lanes 0 & 1 at Start End only for final 10 minutes
  • Sprint lanes in Lanes 5-9 at Start End only for final 10 minutes
  • The Diving Pool will open at 8.15am each day
